What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect the name, work email, company and message you provide, plus the situation you select. When you subscribe to The License Position we collect your work email only. We do not publish a public email address, so all contact runs through the form.
How we use it
We use enquiry data to respond to your request and to scope a possible engagement. We use newsletter data to send The License Position and nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Where the form data goes
The enquiry and newsletter forms post to our form processor. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored by the processor on our behalf. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for no longer than 24 months from your last contact, unless an active engagement requires us to keep it longer. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from The License Position at any time using the link in every issue. To make a request, use the enquiry form and tell us what you need.

We review this policy regularly and show the last reviewed date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected here.
